吕少华，旅法画家，一九四五年生，江苏南京下关人。国家一级美术师，获国务院特殊津贴。青年时师从傅抱石先生，一九六五年就读于浙江美院，一九七七年在法国巴黎美术学院任教并攻读油画，获巴黎美术学院油画博士学位，同时荣获法国巴黎市荣誉市民，瑞典皇家北极星勋章获得者，被国礼文化艺术网评为首席艺术大师，吕少华艺术传略被编入国际名人百科；同时入围福布斯中国十大华人名人榜。现任中国国际书画艺术研究院常务理事、文化部黄河文化艺术研究院院长、北京国际科技艺术交流协会副会长、英国皇家牛津学院美术系研究生导师、瑞典皇家艺术学院博士，世界非遗发展协会终身荣誉主席。被哈佛大学授予终身院士；任命为英国皇家艺术学院中国分院院长。受聘为北京大学和清华大学及中央美术学院客座教授；同时荣获共和国百年巨匠终身荣誉称号；同年荣获中共中央宣传部时代楷模风范人物荣誉称号。超巨幅油画《黄河壶口特写》作品被人民大会堂收藏。

Lv Shaohua, a French painter, was born in 1945 in Xiaguan, Nanjing, Jiangsu province. National first-class artist, received a special allowance from The State Council. Youth from Mr.Fu Baoshi, studied in Zhejiang academy in 1965,1977 in Paris academy of fine arts and study oil painting, won the Paris academy oil painting doctor degree, won the honorary citizen of the city of Paris, Sweden royal north star medal winner, as chief art master, Lv Shaohua art biography into the international celebrity encyclopedia; while shortlisted Forbes China top ten Chinese celebrity list. Currently, he is the executive director of China International Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Institute, the president of the Yellow River Culture and Art Research Institute of the Ministry of Culture, the vice president of Beijing International Science and Technology Art Exchange Association, the graduate tutor of the Department of Fine Arts of the Royal Oxford College, the doctor of the Royal Swedish Academy of Arts, and the lifelong honorary chairman of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Development Association. Harvard University; appointed President of the Chinese Branch of the Royal Academy of Arts. He was a visiting professor of Peking University, Tsinghua University and Central Academy of Fine Arts; and won the honorary title of life of the Republic of China in the same year. The huge oil painting "Close-up of the Yellow River Hukou" is collected by the Great Hall of the People.

2002年：在韩国汉城举办的“世界56国书画大赛”中获得国际贡献奖

2006年：代表国家参加“中南文化节”交流揭牌仪式并任副团长

2008年：任中国人权发展基金会特邀理事、任国务院扶贫办常务理事兼副会长、任国家文化部社会美术高级职称定级考官、被全国文联评为美术“全国百杰人物”

2009年：出版吕少华大型山水精装画集两部

2009年：9月23号为庆祝中华人民共和国建国60华诞，在河南郑州CBD艺术中心成功举办吕少华从艺55周年超大型山水画展

2010年：接受新华网“吕少华艺术人生专题访谈”

2011年：由国家邮政部邮票总公司，报请国家银监委中宣部审批监制吕少华整版黄河、黄山专题纪念邮票一套

2013年：3月由榆林市文联举办吕少华大型“美丽中国河山魂·幸福榆林文化行”山水画展

2013年：6月应法国巴黎罗浮宫特别邀请吕少华展出“吕少华中西结合国画专题展”获得圆满成功

2019年：吕少华绘画艺术，被中央美术学院编辑并出版为八大美院权威教材书。

2021年：9月经央媒联盟官方权威评选为“全国十佳杰出功勋艺术家”称号。

2021年：由中国文联授予人民功勋艺术家称号，同年获国家人民艺术家金质勋章。

1952: At the age of 7, he entered the ancestral hall of Tang Bohu family in Wu County, Suzhou, to worship tang Yunmo, a descendant of Wumen School of Painting

1965: Recommended by Suzhou to enter the Department of Chinese Painting of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now Chinese Painting Academy)

1970: Graduated and teach at the school

1977: Invited by the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris, I went to teach at the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris. In the following year, I was admitted to the oil painting doctoral major of the Paris Academy of Fine Arts

1983: PhD in oil painting from the Academy of Fine Arts in Paris

1985: Honorary citizen of Paris

1989: Returned to China to work in the Ministry of Culture, and continue to engage in the research work of Chinese painting and oil painting

1995 and 1997: Participated in the art exhibition held by the China Artists Association and the International Artists Association in Macao twice and won the World Peace Award
