俞淑瞻，1934年生，浙江永康人，系中国农学会会员，农艺师、高级摄影师、中外名人文化研究会会员、中国书画收藏研究院高级院士、国家一级艺术家、中国美协会员，现任宋庄国际书画院终身院长、中国数字艺术馆馆长、中国民族文化诗书画艺术委员会终身主席、中国国学书画协会会长等职。

1955年从学校毕业分配农业局工作，1990年退休于浙江杭州富阳区农业局。先后获奖100多次，退休前40多次。曾多次获省、市科技进步奖、先进工作者等荣誉称号。退休后60多次，荣获国际级10次、国家级56次、特等奖11次、金奖28次，刊登诗书画书籍75次，其中有的发行至全国、全球。《国学儒源大典》发行134个国家。国家编印的《一带一路一国礼》发至俄罗斯、欧洲等国家“孝经”习近平总书记在十八大时指示，要以德治国、来实现共产主义，实现中国梦，由中国文联出版社出版，发至全国青少年和大中小学“富春江晚霞”论文被评为行业理论思想“先驱人物”，荣获“毛泽东思想理论导师”的荣誉称号。2014年12月21-22日，参加“中韩书画名家联展”，结下中韩艺术文化之缘。2016年被中国传统艺术研究会评为“德艺双馨艺术大师”的荣誉称号。2017年2月被华夏出版社评为人品高洁、艺德高尚的金像奖“金奖”，中国数字艺术馆2017年10月主办的2016年度中国艺术荣获“金马奖”，此书的主编、封面人物。2018年1月12-14日在李苦禅艺术馆，展出俞淑瞻个人大型书画展102幅，受到艺术界的好评。2018年1月18日中国国际书画艺术家联合会授予俞淑瞻同志“十九大文艺代表”荣誉称号。用书画艺术积极与沈鹏老师参与评击香港暴乱爱国运动，曾获“爱国主义奖章”。在抗疫期间，听党的话，守在家，用艺术创作抗疫作品20幅出版在“翰墨大爱絲绸珍藏艺术抗疫”及各大媒体，武汉必胜！中国必胜！
