齐光宏，男，字泽普，号三忘道人，又号三忘居主。1956年出生，祖籍陕西省，汉中市，汉台区，大专文化。现为中国东方文化研究会书法研究员，中国艺术巅峰人物，中外书画交流形象大使三大代表人物，新中文化交流特使，2022年入选由新加坡出版社发行的世界艺术年鉴近代世界百年大师经典作品集，同时荣获国际艺术家功勋荣誉称号。中国网络资讯台艺术频道顾问，民族品牌艺术家，中国美术家协会敦煌创作中心创作委员，陕西省书法家协会会员，一级书画师。

1972年开始学习书法，并潜心研习儒释道，试图从中国文化的主干上去寻找书法艺术的真谛。曾请教多位前辈名家，修心悟道，深刻的领会到书法就是心画，临池可以长功。读书可以明智，静心可以生慧。修身方能脱俗。先后为20余家商家企业写过匾额，2019年8月参加由中国网络资讯台艺术频道举办的首届中国顶级书画大师大赛作品获特等奖，在全球巡展一副作品被意大利国家博物馆收藏，在2020年3月参加防控疫情·众志成城—艺术家在行动网络展中，被中国文化和旅游部授予“艺术界抗疫英雄”荣誉称号，2020年7月作品在人民大会堂展览，被中国文化和旅游部和中国艺术发展改革委员会授予“2020中华艺术功勋人物”称号。作品还被中国国家博物馆等多家博物馆及政府机构参展单位的国内外友人收藏，并在中国书画报，书法导报等专业报纸上发表，还被专栏记者采访报道，部分作品到国外展览，并被编入多部书画艺术作品集。
